Accomplishments- Developed and implemented a hybrid work model to bring staff back to the office safely.- Expanded the capacity of the Aging & Disabilities Resource Connection team by adding services and staff. - Revived and led the work of the regional Falls Prevention Coalition, recruiting members and providing community education.- Coordinated streamlining of processes for three departments working together on the annual Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program.- Produced recruitment video to help prospective employees understand the work and culture of the agency.- Led government to government planning with local Tribes as agency’s Tribal Liaison.
