  As Office Manager I have overall responsible for the running of our new office space in Hammersmith, London (launched May 2016). The main responsibilities of this role include negotiation and procurement of new service contracts (maintenance, cleaning etc) and ensuring that they are optimised going forward into the next financial year.As Office Manager my duties also include events management, HR and recruitment as well as overseeing health & safety arrangements throughout the business.
