  Whilst undertaking my exams as part of the vigorous Academy training programme, I worked as part of the PSS team at Dyer & Co. Wealth Management Ltd. This role allowed me to immerse myself in the company and learn the workings of the different systems. Central to this role is communication skills, liaising with advisers, clients, different departments and providers. I have also been able to spend time observing meetings between advisers and clients, which has been invaluable to my development and future ambitions. Show less
