Achievements included:• Improved brand visibility by developing and designing various marketing tactics.• Created more effective customer communication channels by installing and designing various customer relation tools.• Devised and supplied an 8-page document to the COO containing strategic recommendations for the company's future use.• Improved online presence by taking charge of the company's Facebook page; average online reach increased by 409% and page likes increased by over 20%.• Undertook on-site primary research that outlined and uncovered various areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities include:- Working closely with the Business Unit, Store contacts and merchandiser to ensure compliance to the national plan in order to develop NPDs and store drive revenue. - Liaise closely with store contacts to build specific strategies in store to enable greater revenue growth for the store. This includes gaining local agreements for extra display space and bulk orders.- Enjoy analysing store specific data of SKU and pack performance in order to highlight any notable store or business struggles or any potential opportunity to drive sales. Using data to build a narrative in order to gain those local agreements.- Monitoring and ensuring correct stock levels in the variety of store fascias. Understanding the different buying and stock systems each different supermarket has in order to make sure the company’s brands are available for the consumer. - Cover a large geographical area and identify and capitalise on a vast range of local consumer behaviour.
