      Jan 2005 - May 2011

      Developed outcomes-based programs and events for 12- to 18-year-olds and implemented essential adult training and workshops around critical girl issues such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, and social pressures.Key project manager for two large scale self-esteem projects funded by Dove. -Lights, Camera, Action: Successfully planned and implemented a two –week Creative Arts day camp in Osceola county. Developed curriculum, secured guest speakers, and marketed the camp to girls of diversity. Campers gained self-esteem as they produced and performed a show of their own design. Girl testimonials got National attention from Dove’s Campaign for Real Beauty.-Uniquely Me Project: Wrote curriculum proposal and budget for a Uniquely Me grant that resulted in a 25k funding for self-esteem programs.
