      In charge for the whole Food & Beverage Department.Responsible for: • All F&B staff which contained 87 crew members (included 1ass Manager, 2 F&B Supervisors).• Control and responsibility for yearly budget – DKK 1800 000. • Contacts with ashore based agents. • Organization events onboard for big company’s like Shell Nederland (486 persons) two days conference included gala dinner (five course menu). • Weekly and monthly meeting with all staff about the present situation, events and budget.With the big success in year 2002 I was responsible for opening new ship “Queen of Scandinavia”-1800 pax, and in 2006 “King of Scandinavia” – (1700 pax) which are still in service.
