As operator was running 3 Mazak's mainly and making offsets to comply with blueprint.The wide open tolerances on everything +-.005 or more made for multiple machines to be ran. Not much of training in this company and very poor pay, it was my motivation for finishing my Atlantic Tech School for Machining!

Many parts are very small and you are using a microscope to inspect every piece. Tolerance range +.0001 or mostly +- .0005. with a roundness of 10microns.
