  I possess more than 20 years of Public Relations & Corporate Communications experience in various industries, half of those years were in managerial positions. My skills are in Integrated Marketing Communications in roads and highway construction and management, hospitality industry, property development, entertainment industry, education and training.I have led corporate events involving high level foreign business counterparts; government receptions with local and foreign ministers; CSR programs involving the most impoverished; numerous publications; media relations and government liaison, to ground breaking ceremonies and site visits to foreign lands. I have some client servicing experience before I was offered to join the present company. That was the beginning of an almost 2 decades of service with the organisation that I helped nurture.In the Protasco Group, I lead the Corporate Communication Department that developed into a integrated marketing communication over the years. Apart from routine PR and advertising needs, I also led the re-Branding exercise required for the group as the group grew from a RM600m turnover company to a RM1b turnover company in 2014. As a member of the senior management group, I am involved in meetings that draw out company policies, and after which leads the implementation process. I am currently leading a project to enhance the present PMS system to incorporate a new set Core Value that was launched in April 2014. The new Core Value was another initiation by me. CSR activity is currently a big responsibility and I am in communication with various MPs offices to identify recipients for home relief after the Dec 2014 flood that hit east coast of Malaysia.I am a trained K-Management facilitator and a certified a facilitator for Performance Management by Development Dimension International. I am currently a Lead Champion for Protasco Berhad’s Values Inculcation Program. Show less
