Contractor oversight includes; Compliance of community air and noise conditions. Review of station contract community air monitoring (CAMP) and noise monitoring plans (NMP). Oversee accurate implementation of plans and review weekly/monthly reports to ensure data is within contract and regulatory compliance. Contractor oversight of soil and water sampling. Data analysis and review for disposal characterization and NYCDEP sewer discharge criteria compliance. Review of groundwater treatment system discharge permit applications. Supervised contractor SPCC. Management and due diligence of off-site spoils and contaminated waste document reconciliation. Oversight and review of project recycling and sustainability goals. Performed field/paper audits on a weekly and monthly basis. Responsible for submittal review and specification compliance of all environmental plans and weekly/monthly reports through EDMS.
