      Business Development Manager

       As a Business Development Manager (BDM), I am directly responsible for managing the mine’s depot operations. Responsible for managing and growing the Mine and Corporate business as a strategic business unit (SBU) for PETROSOL with special emphasis on the Western and Central regions of Ghana. This SBU is made up of a portfolio of mines and corporate markets.  I am also responsible for managing the relationship between PETROSOL clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise, “delightful experience”.  As a BDM, I am responsible for coaching and supervising site team members (Depot Superintendent, Clerks and Security Men) to ensure achievement of SBU sales and service targets. Also responsible for enforcing strictly HSSEQ policy and ensure that product discharge, fire and bowser and pump sales SOPs are adhered to Responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to improve sales and customer service at various sites. The BDM is in charge of new business development, principally, prospecting for new mine and corporate sites and converting them into clients. Deliver SBU sales volume growth by selling PETROSOL Fuel and Lubricant products to mine and corporate customers  Coordinate inter-functional supports to ensure achievement of service level agreement as captured in the CONTRACT.
