  Maggie facilitated classroom discussions to promote Aggie culture and offer guidance on how to succeed while organizing 1-on-1 meetings with over 100 students to go over problems, suggest solutions, and assess performance in class. Show less Under the psychology department at Texas A&M University, Maggie was research assistant to Professor Mindy Bergman to code and analyze data for the Whisper Network Projects which looked at workplace sexual harassment and how we could reduce it.She recorded over 2000 participants’ quantitative responses and refined over 5000 quantitative answers into ATLAS.ti system for data analytics to hone in on which participants would move forward with the process and find a common pattern.
