  Responsible for managing all aspects of the Immigration Courts Office of IT PMO including hiring, training, and directing all on-site staff. Grew the PMO team from 4 resources to 25, managing 20 projects with a total budget of $113 million. Completely overhauled all processes, policies and procedures to efficiently move from delivering 3 projects to 20. Improvements included modified Waterfall/Agile development and exploring new tools such as ServiceNow to improve team coordination and executive level reporting. Show less

  Responsible for the management and growth of all Federal IT Programs including major Cybersecurity work at HHS and VA. Overall management of 150 resources with over $28 million in revenue. Improved relationships with customers, partners and subcontractors with frequent customer site visits and the installation of an assistant PM in the large Atlanta SOC location. I also developed new policies, procedures and individual performance reviews to ensure that our customers received the best possible support.
