  Requested to take on responsibility for an expat assignment in Aguascalientes, Mexico to create the Mexico Engineering Center which includes Product Design, Process Design, Program Management, NPD Quality, Mechanization, drafting, and marketing. Team grew from a handful of folks to over 200 people when I returned to the US. My responsibilities included developing and ensuring implementation of training, working with facilities for office space and lab space, managing capital, and ensuring proper integration into the Sensata culture.
