  TPB CUP is an annual sports competition for the first year student aims to be the place for creativity and competition.Key Responsibilities:- Made an in-depth analysis to understand the preferences of first-semester students at ITB regarding conventional sports. The insights gathered guided the development of the Coaching Clinic program, tailoring it to resonate with the specific interests of our target audience.- Crafted a comprehensive Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the seamless execution of the Talkshow Event: "Get Up, TPBabes!". This SOP served as a blueprint for planning and organizing a captivating talkshow, ensuring a structured and engaging experience for both speakers and attendees.- Created a Safety Analysis focused on managing potential hazards during the "Color Run". Identified risks and implemented precautionary measures to enhance participant safety, emphasizing our commitment to creating a secure and enjoyable environment for all involved. Show less
