  Hub Manager

  As a Hub Manager, I oversee the entire Operation of the Co-working space, schedule and have meeting with al stakeholders; students, Users, Lecturers, Partners and so on. Idea generation, Creativity, and business birthing were few driving forces that made the Hub stand out. I listen to student with viable business ideas, coach, mentor and fix them in their respective cohorts to be trained. In total, I had over a thousand students at least in a quarter, and their ideas are safe with the Hub. I head projects were pitching competitions are organized quarterly and the top business ideas receive seed fund. Today, 30% of them have received seed fund, and are currently running their businesses. Show less
