In 2007 the company listed on AIM, London Stock Exchange and established CVS Group plc as the holding company. CVS (UK) Ltd remains the operating arm of the group. My role was as Director in charge of the acquisition of veterinary practices (clinics) laboratories and crematoria, the key function in a buy to build business.
