  Brennan’s Computers, Inc. was started with the goal of providing quality services and hardware at exceptional prices to Northwest Arkansas. Brennan opened the business in March of 2002 while finishing up his Senior year of High School after being laid off from a local printing company due to the economic downturn after 9/11. As a small business our entrepreneurial spirit helped us manage costs to best support residential and business needs. The business was a successful operation for almost 3 years when it was sold so employees could pursue other opportunities.   Leasing coordinator in customer experience

  After graduating from college during the great recession Brennan started with Walmart in an entry-level position as a Leasing Coordinator. In this position Brennan supported a division going through significant change and process improvement. Before Brennan started, the In Store Leasing team had recently switched database systems to improve efficiency in upstream and downstream processes. Brennan performed a database portfolio audit of 5,000 Walmart locations along the east coast to validate tenant information, which resulted in improved data accuracy, visibility and income on tenant space. To improve ease of access and process consistency Brennan also changed the Perspective Tenant Online Submittal through the companies website. He also analyzed data, built financial models to determine tenant selection, and built presentations for the departments fiscal year end business review. Show less
