  Managed the project to roll out the Mortgage Credit Directive regulatory change at Barclays.Changes to technology, regulatory compliance and ways of working as a result of a European Directive. Successfully delivered the change to 3000 colleagues across the mortgage function.The project required extensive technology changes, compliance and regulatory alignment with FCA requirements and people training and communication.Oversaw PMO set up, financial management, risk and issue management and audit process.As a change management and behavioural specialist also led the end to end creation of people change and communication strategy and execution of communication, stakeholder management, learning creation and rollout.
