Our first task was to review the current sales approach, the strategies that were in place, identify key partners and patterns within the industry and approach this more laterally, simple joined up thinking.What we deliver to our solicitor clients is an ongoing outsourced free business development service that delivers over 150 new clients to them each year generating over £250,000 per annum of additional revenue into the business whilst building trust and brand with our referral partners. The whole system is built on a reciprocal manner, passing work to receive work and joining up the systems and works streams that flow in both ways.
