Serving thousands of clients, I was invited to humbly participate in the most private and personal moments of many lives, from births to weddings to funerals and celebrations. My success relied not only on my skills as a floral designer but also on my ability to establish trust and make sure my clients knew they could count on me to deliver what they asked for accurately, beautifully and timely.
