  Oversee the operations of the Finance Department. Supervise a staff of four employees, including grants administration. Compile and prepare budgets for all funds in coordination with the County Manager. (Budget is comprised of a General Fund ($54 million), as well as two enterprise funds (Solid Waste and Storm Water), four non-major governmental funds, and two component unit funds.) Maintain all accounting systems and financial reporting, including County Tourism Development Authority and Memorial Gardens. Oversee financing and debt service for 17 debt issuances.
