I participated in a project where we helped the LDS employment missionaries in Ghana determine the best job board they could use to help job seekers in West Africa find quality jobs. We also created educational modules that would teach these job seekers tips that would help their applications stand out. Analyzed and tested 20+ job boards to make recommendations on the platform best suited for the client’s needs. • Learned to ask thorough and detailed questions to gather data and guide our research to determine the problem our client needed to be solved.• Worked under time constraints to attain research by a specific deadline and supported my team in their research as we strove to achieve a common goal. • Researched and designed 8 educational modules on PowerPoint that will be used to teach important career skills that will translate across diverse cultures.
