  Leading a team of agents, intelligence professionals and victim specialist focused on investigating federal crimes of child sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Collaborating investigative activities and victim assistance efforts with other agencies and organizations. Developing innovative approaches to investigations. Conducting training for law enforcement personnel and awareness programs for community groups. Led FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. Responded nationally to assist in child abduction investigations as part of the FBI's Child Abduction Rapid Deployment team. National program manager for FBI efforts to combat human trafficking and crimes against children. Resourced and provided oversight of 70 Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Forces comprised of 600 Task Force Officers representing nearly 400 different agencies. Led national efforts related to counter sex trafficking efforts related to special events. Managed the development of a multi-million dollar software tool as the government's product owner.
