      Reporting to the General Manager, I was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the orchestra which included rostering, human resources, payroll and management of staff. Responsible for a budget of $4 million p.a., including salaries, transport and venue costs. The orchestra included 15 staff, 71 musicians and a significant casual workforce to produce over 100 events per year including, concerts, recordings and touring Queensland.
