  Played keyrole in launching the fresho stores - 7 Nos and BB Now stores - 70 NosFresho -first phygital stores opened by bigbasket and BB Now stores - 30mins delivery switching from conventional 2 hours express delivery and next day delivery concepts by providing all the infrastructure, Amenities and Assets required for smooth end to end operations.Fresho stores have adopted a technology called ‘Self-billing Counters’ integrated with video AI tools that enable customers to pick items of their choice and weigh them at the counter through an automatic computer vision that can identify the items and generate bills accordingly.Developing project baselines,monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost,resource deployment,risk analysis, and quality compliance.Currently co-ordinating for expansion across Tier -2 cities in India for B2B and B2C Expansion.1) Design and Co-ordination .*Identifying suitable location with study on the information data and market measurements .*Sharing of site data with measurements to design and finalize the layouts.2) Planning of Infrastructure set up.*Identifying minimum of 2-3 vendors with vendor negotiation and intiating for purchase orders for works and assets.*Preparation of budget sheets with cost reduction where ever possible and monitering the overall cost of budget.3) Execution*explaining detail scope of works and planning the sequence of activities to each vendor through Zoho projects .4) Handover and Launch of Project.handing over of project with all the infrastructure and Assets to operation team to launch the stores.
