      Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic outbreak, our organization staff had to pivot and adjust to the current climate. Thus I have taken on an additional role.-Consulted on organizational operations (budgeting, event planning, fundraising, recruiting, etc.) on the industry's best practices and implementation strategies.-Built rapport and communicating with chapter leaders and members across 21 Universities and five States, and three countries.-Telecommunicated with chapters remotely and assisted them by setting weekly phone calls, emails, deadlines, and action items.-Collected over $50,000 in national dues and insurance fees.
