      "In my role, I provided psychosocial counseling to street adolescents, supporting their emotional well-being through one-on-one sessions. I supervised and guided program staff, offering advice and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and cooperation among the team and with the Executive Director (ED).I oversaw the care provided to beneficiaries, offering counseling as needed, and ensured that the daily informal education schedule was followed for each beneficiary. My responsibilities also included conducting necessary fieldwork for family reunification, addressing issues related to staff, beneficiaries, parents, and other visitors, and reporting concerns to the ED and the child protection team.I played an essential role in the finance management, ensuring timely, clear, and transparent submissions to the Executive Director, and maintained accurate records of beneficiary files and fieldwork reports. Additionally, I managed the maintenance of project houses, overseeing tasks related to plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and other assets.I was also involved in psychological activities at the Drop-In Center, offering support to clients, and completed various official tasks assigned by the Chairperson to contribute to the overall success of the project."
