  As the inaugural GPT scholarship recipient, I completed a 12 month rotation across the Group's key business units including Investment Management, Development, Retail Leasing and Finance. This was completed whilst finishing my final year of studies.Following this, I accepted a role within the Asset Management division of the Group. The role as Assistant Retail Manager was located at Carlingford Court, a sub-regional shopping centre located in north-western Sydney. I was responsible for strengthening the relationship between the asset management team and the centre's key stakeholders. Other duties included tenancy delivery, critical retailer / debt management and ensuring statutory / lease compliance. I also assisted my colleagues in lease renewal negotiations, the management of capital expenditure projects and various marketing campaigns. Show less

  Manager in a market leading team of professionals providing consultancy advice to current and future occupiers of commercial office space in Hong Kong. Client requirements were multi-faceted ranging from complete office relocations to lease renewals, restructures, sub-leases and surrenders. A key component of my role was developing new business through my professional and personal networks as well as direct pitching. My role exposed me to a variety of occupiers ranging from start up organisations to multinational, large foot print occupiers. In my role, I leveraged the skills acquired as a Valuer to provide strategic, analysis-based advice in order to achieve the optimum results for my clients.   As an Investment Manager, my primary responsibilities were focused on executing the Logistics portfolio strategy through leasing, acquisitions, and development. The portfolio comprised 70 premium investment assets and development holdings located across Australia, with a combined market value of $4.7 billion.
