      This is a support role in district leadership. I was given the responsibility to oversee four TM clubs in the Eastern portion of District 10. This was an appointed position. And after review of the requirements that these clubs all met. They achieved the standard of "Select Distinguished" in response to the Distinguished Club Program Toastmasters criteria. I am please at their response to growth and achievement during my stewardship. Act as a counselor on the TM education program ,setting meeting agendas, and working with members on their achievement goals, Its a self paced environment. I gently encourage growth and progress for the club programs.

      Being a Club President of highly skilled communicators and leaders is a unique assignment. I was honored with the nomination and a little curious as well. A month earlier I just completed one of the biggest achievements in Toastmasters. Distinguished Toastmaster, it required over 45 speech projects and about 30 leadership assignments. Leading this group will always be something that I cherish, because of having and building relationships with very capable people.

      Distinguished Toastmaster (Pathways) Toastmasters International Feb 2020 Distinguished Toastmaster is Toastmasters International's highest educational achievement. This journey was performed in TM's current program called PATHWAYS. During this journey, I selected Visionary Communication and Persuasive Influence. These programs challenged me to do new things. Examples are I led my club in designing a TM Speechcraft workshop. And I participated in leading a conference educational session. It enriched my life and I enjoyed the experience to the fullest.
