  Tom Earle is a Defined Contribution Practice Leader over the West Business Unit and is located in The Woodlands, Texas. He is accountable for developing and continuously improving the Defined Contribution knowledge, strategy, and functionality for over 60 of our client relationships. Tom also works closely with his clients on the design, development, and implementation of their retirement benefit plans. Since joining Aon Hewitt in 1995, Tom has focused on the proficiency and skill development of those serving our clients and their participants.Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Tom worked for nine years with William M.
