  My work began with the total cooling load and load for each room calculation according to the location of the project and ASHRAE handbook. Determined the capacities required for whole building and each room and make a selection of the AHU/FCU equipments. Calculated the ducts size and pipes size and make a layout of HVAC system. Designed the firefighting system includes water pipes and sprinklers for each room and whole building. Made the engineering drawings for each floor plan, vertical plan, system diagram, control diagram and engineering specifications. The field engineer’s duties included overseeing the HVAC/MEP installation to ensure work was executed to the approved shop drawings and specs. Show less

  As MEP Project Manager, my duties included overseeing the HVAC/Electric installations ensuring the works are executed to the approved shop drawings and specs. The installation work included HVAC supply cool air ducts and return air ducts, chilled water and return water pipes, all valves and elbows, drainage water pipes, storm water pipes, fire fighting water pipes & sprinklers, power for HVAC & lighting cables, telephone/data wires, CCTV/broadcasting wires, lightening cables, etc. Coordinated the MEP subcontractor with other subcontractor such as decoration, architecture and civil construction for the conflict of work. Reviewed technical submittals and submitted to main contractors or engineering design group for approval. Made change order for the additional material and work according to the difference between shop drawings and BOQ, and submitted to main contractor for approval. Submitted progress report and progress invoice to main contractors. Supervised multinational engineers and technicians. Show less
