Leads metal and extrusion business unit scheduling activities, monitoring program execution, on-filed production performance, supports the execution team in the resolution of issues, verifies the organization and cleanness of the work areas, develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions and systems in order to meet departments objectives. Monitor special cables daily program progress, define appropriated schedule updates to ensure products availability, optimized time and quality results, efficient speed and raw materials needs, tools consumption and scrap quantities (copper, plastic) generated in order to meet target objectives. Contributes to the development of new technical equipment and tools acquisition or renovation, and performs technical reception of new acquired equipment and tools. Startup of new equipment, process validation of products, create, configure and develop industrial processes, develop and perform experimental process tests with respect to quality and method, implement best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates.Create and manage process documentation, visual aids, TPM and operating instructions
