  I aimed at providing startups with support, guidance & resources to increase their rate of success at crucial early stage of startup & I am responsible for:Program Development: Design & development of incubation program strategy, structure, and goals in line with AIC-SKU objectives. Startups Evaluation: Leading the process of sourcing, evaluating, and selecting the startups to the incubation program. Resource Allocation: Coordinating the allocation of resources such as office space, infrastructure, funding opportunities, mentorship, and access to networks. Mentorship and Guidance: Facilitating mentorship relationships between startups and experienced mentors or advisors. Providing guidance, feedback, and support to startups throughout their incubation journey. Business Development and Networking: Building relationships with investors, industry experts, government agencies, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for startups. Actively participate in the startup ecosystem and represent the incubation program in relevant events and conferences.Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the progress and performance of each startup in the program. Set key performance indicators and milestones, and tracking the achievement of goals. Community Building: Fostering a sense of community among the startups within the incubator & startup ecosystem. Facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences among the startups.Post-Incubation Support: Providing support to startups after they graduate from the incubation program. Helping them to access additional resources, funding opportunities, and networks. Assisting with post-incubation activities & helping them navigate the next phase of their growth.Program Promotion and Outreach: Developing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the incubation program to potential startups, mentors, and stakeholders. The objective is to create a mechanism to channelize necessary resources such as gyan - vigyan, prototyping facility, fund access etc. and acumen of the Ecosystem to far more promising and deserving Startups.
