I hold the distinction of being the only Engineer in the Vippy Solvex 1200 TPD SEP Erection. Over the years, I handled the entire plant’s solvent extraction O&M and servicing for a span of 5 years between 1993-1995.

  Moving on, I was assigned the task of handling the utilities function for the Kakinada plant spanning across Project, Maintenance in 1000+200 TPD PLC Operated Edible Oil Refinery, 750 TPD Filtration & 3x 25T Autoclaves. The role entailed multiple responsibilities including executing Erection & Commissioning of 750 TPD PLC Operated Filtration Plant along with 50TPD Inter Esterification Plant, E & C of 25 lakh kCal Solid Fuel Fired Thermic Fluid Heater, E & C of 40TPD De-Waxing Plant, renovation of the complete 600 TPD Pouch Packing Unit (32 pouch per min x 18 machines), E & C of 65 TR Glycol Chiller (-5°C), 200 TR x 2nos Water Chiller & 1no 200 TR VAM Water Chiller, E & C of 700 TR, 500 TR, 400TR, 200 TR, wooden as well as FRP cooling towers, E & C of Tin Filling Machine with 8 tins per minute (imported from Turkey) and modifying along with E & C of Vacuum Systems, Vacuum pumps. I was also responsible for Operations & Maintenance of above equipment in addition to O & M of 50 TPH RO plant, 25 TPH @ 25bar Boiler & HVAC. I received National Energy Conservation Award-2009 for implementing strict Energy & Water Conservation methods which saved Rs 20.00 to 50.00 Million per year and recorded total cumulative saving of 28% in Fuel Consumption & 32% saving in Power Consumption from 05-06 to 09-10.   Subsequently, I moved to Peddapuram. Here, I directed a large workforce of covering direct and contract resources. I was assigned to handle the complete Palm Crushing Plant Project & provided technical support to the Senior management. I also contributed significantly to projects including plant expansion from 20 TPH 40TPH at Vijayawada, Erection of 45/90 TPH at Peddapuram with 30TPH 45 bar @ 440 deg C Boiler, Co-gen 3.0MW, 600 KLD ETP with RO & MEE. O & M of Sterilisers, Threshers, Digester- Press, EFB Press and Shredder, Pneumatic separators & Classifiers, Expellers, Clarifiers, Decanters, Conveyors & Elevators. My role also entailed leading the installation of State of Art Lorry tilting platform. Show less

  Here, I drove a large team of professionals and handled the Utility function with responsibilities spanning across Power plant, Boiler & WTP, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation and Inventory Management. The role involved managing 800+300 TPD PLC Operated Edible Oil Refinery with Neutralisation, 600 TPD PLC Operated Filtration plant, 150 TPD Hydrogenation, Ammonia Screw chiller, VAM Chiller, 500KLD WTP, 22TPH 68bar @ 485 deg C Boiler with 2.5 MW Power plant and 400 TPD Packing unit. My role was pivotal in the commissioning process and ensured the same happens seamlessly. I also successfully drove the entire inventory management & material handling process for the plant, along with spearheading the implementation of ARROP across the newly commissioned unit. Show less

  In my current role, I am spearheading a team of professionals and shouldering entire responsibility for handling the Maintenance function of the plant. The role spans across Boiler & WTP, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation and Inventory management. I am primarily responsible for driving the function for the 500 TPD PLC Operated Edible Oil Refinery with 300TPD Enzymatic degumming, Neutralisation, Dewaxing, 400TPD completely automated Packing unit and Blow moulding machine (ASB), 14TPH 17.5bar Boiler, O&M of HVAC. The responsibility also includes end-to-end Inventory management & material handling for the plant along with installation of Blow moulding machine and Liquid nitrogen dosing system for bottling.
