      As we all know Mushroom Cultivation & Food Processing one of the emerging agricultural practices. During this training i gained a brief knowledge about various Edible mushrooms #(Button,Shiitake,oyster,etc) Non edible mushrooms, Medicinal mushrooms #(Ganoderma,Cordyceps,militaris) Phychoactive mushrooms and poisonous mushrooms.#Spawn prepration and maintaining desirable temperature while incubation period is one the important component of mushroom cultivation.As we all know Mushroom Cultivation & Food Processing one of the emerging agricultural practices.
