      o Supervised 16 Staff Agencies and 200 personnel; responsible for the staffing, completion, and compliance with all higher-headquarters tasks & guidance for 3rd-largest wing in the USAF. o Led a 33-member multifunctional team in a 6 month, wing-wide effort to plan & execute AFSOC’s first Open House and Airshow. Mission Commander for 1,500 personnel & 14 aerial/ground demonstrations entertaining & educating over 25k visitors. Managed all aspects of approval process, budget, media relations, community awareness, fundraising, safety, contingency planning, and FAA waivers. o Supervised 37 personnel & oversaw $1.1M annual exercise budget. Executed operational taskings, installation exercises, and war readiness plans for over 5.5K personnel & 110 aircraft. Led multi-service, multi-nation operational integration efforts as the primary SOF liaison officer.o Responsible for program management of MQ-1/ 9 fleets & construction of two RPA Operations Centers; oversaw currency/execution of 19 base functional plans.
