       As a Wintel L2 Team we are supporting wintel servers. Handling all escalations in Wintel, VMware. Updating server patches for Wintel, VMware servers. Configure & maintain Servers remote connectivity (ILO, IDRAC) Handling all escalations in Wintel, VMware. Updating server patches for Wintel, VMware servers. Configure & maintain Servers remote connectivity (ILO, IDRAC) Maintaining high availability of applications through Microsoft fail-over Clustering (SQL, active, passive clusters) Manage entire process with Service Now tool which includes Incident, Change Management Exposure towards Incident Management aligned with ITIL Framework. Analyzing Incident, Change & Problem tickets and providing status on daily and weekly status call. Joining the Bridge calls, MIM Calls if there is any issue related to Windows. File server and DFS migration.Tools:  Secure copy – To copy data from source to destination. Araxis merge – To compare the data. Sure sync – To Run FRS roles. PowerShell – To remove old DFS and create new DFS and permission.
