  As Assistant Chief Flight Instructor my role is to uphold and support the Chief Flight Instructor in the oversight of all flight training operations. These tasks, duties, and responsibilities can include providing ground instruction in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, overseeing the safety of operations, ensuring compliance with Part 61 regulations, assisting in the standardization and onboarding of new instructor pilots, and ensuring all students are trained in accordance with Melbourne Flight Training's core values. Show less As a Cirrus Training Center Instructor my role is to uphold the highest level of training in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Cirrus organization. The standard I aim to emulate is given to me through the Cirrus IFOM and Cirrus Training Center Manual. A Cirrus Training Center instructor works under the supervision of a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot to provide flight training individually tailored for Cirrus Aircraft. I provide training in the 6th generation Cirrus SR20 and SR22 model aircraft equipped with Garmin Perspective+ avionics. A Cirrus Training Center Instructor conducts VFR, IFR, and recurrent training to Cirrus Customers.
