  Logistics manager

  Every year a team of students from the ITM Lille Douai organizes a TEDx conference. I was in charge of logistics during this second edition which focused on the theme "Perspective". As part of this mission, I was in charge of a team of 9 students whose objective was to organise the logistics of the event: renting the videoconferencing equipment and the conference room, preparing the room, coordinating the planning and running of the event, dividing the teams, setting up and preparing a buffet. During this experience I learned a lot about teamwork, planning, management and animation of meetings. It was a very enriching learning experience and I had the chance to meet and exchange with inspiring people. Show less

  Assistant engineer intern

  I spent four months as an engineering assistant in this SME specialized in the machining of small and medium series parts mainly for the aerospace industry, for customers such as Airbus and Dassault via their subcontractors.• Managed the department of method and industrialization for 3 weeks. Monitored the industrialization process of about 50+ items and communicated with customers.• Planning follow-up and progress meeting with customers: negotiation of deadlines, decision-making and resolving blocking situations.• I supervised the qualification of a finishing process, the tribo-finishing, according to Dassault specifications. Studied Dassault standards and built a qualification file with 8 mechanical test pieces.• I created a form using VBA excel to accelerate the update of planning, improving visibility and ease of use.
