I get the orders loaded (usually into AppNexus), make sure the dates/goals/targets/inventory/other crazy requirements are in place, and I also audit the creatives, and make sure they get rolling so that we launch on time, and recognize our full revenue.I also help mentor & train other team members, and gently educate members of other teams as to where to find the resources they need to help me help them. I'm involved in keeping our internal training and reference documents updated and useful.And my super power? I'm the Analogy Queen. I take immense joy in coming up with just the right analogy to help a coworker understand a concept. It's kindof like when a scientist finds the right treat to put at the end of a maze, then watches the mouse navigate to it without hitting any dead ends. Show less
