  - Oversees a 12-team Agile Release Train (ART) in the planning, prioritization, and coordination of work to optimize business value - Works with other Release Train Engineers to “own” and be accountable for the flow of value across the various programs- Coordinates and facilitates 3-day Program Increment Planning event each quarter for entire ART - Utilizes existing data and metrics to understand team or ART level progress and/or potential areas of concern to drive continuous improvements- Supports the ART’s current delivery of working software, while also collaborating with program leadership team members to prepare the backlog of upcoming work- Proactively communicates progress, decisions, impediments, and risks - Provides leadership, coaching, training, and governance to the ART and direct reports that help us grow our continuous improvement culture and improves our operational efficiency and effectiveness.- Coaches, mentors, and reinforces Lean and Agile best practices with the ART, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports- Works with direct reports on creating and achieving their professional objectives in terms of enhancing their performance, career advancement and overall job satisfaction.
