  Working in Mortgages HBO as part of the Data Input Team.It is the first step of the process to secure a mortgage where customer fills out a mortgage application form ,then the details provided by the customer are recorded and processed in the mortgage system on the basis of which documents are prepared. After this the details of the customer are further provided to the underwriter who then assesses the eligibility of the customer for the said mortgage and transfers the details for further processes.• Helping in Managing SLA's on daily basis and providing the required input by working in a flexible environment. • Collecting data at eod daily and presenting it to upper management for their input. • Helping in implementing new changes by testing and analysing the data by taking the required feedback.
