  During this period Marc fulfilled roles as Business Analyst, SAP CD consultant and Business Intelligence consultant in de major industries. In this role he had the responsibility to analyze problems, write functional designs and customize functionalities within SAP CD. To ensure the quality he also tested the improved or new functionalities, before these were implemented. The Engine & Maintenance department had the need for a reporting system to monitor the repair process of airplane components. To meet their information needs he used SAP BW as a source system and used Microsoft Access as a front end tool. He was responsible for gathering requirements, delivering the design, implementing the system and carrying out user acceptance testing.
