      Last year (Order):• Moved to Order department beginning of 2023 and helped ramping-up a new team.• Became mentor and onboarding buddy for newcomers. Joined a couple of recruitment interviews.• Gained a lot of business and technical knowledge in Order.• Met a lot of people in the Order department in person and via teams and increased communication.• Been part of all change management processes from solution design, specification, testing, project planning, project coordination etc. Especially for STAR DSP• Joined maintenance as a pioneer and learned how it works and shared within team.• Managed Voice of Istanbul meetings which are essential to Istanbul people to share news related to different domains.• Now working on to move delivery team into SAFe structure in Order domain by taking PO role.Previous years (Loyalty): Last two years been in various teams within loyalty department: 1. Been part of an r&d team (Membership) which handles bespoke developments for Korean Airlines within newly created loyalty application. 2. Been part of another r&d team (DGW – Data Gateway) to manage loyalty customers air/non-air partner transactions. 3. Been part of legacy loyalty application bespoke team and applied scrum methodology and delivered continues enhancement on-time and in scope for APAC region airlines while being in the role respectively as SM and PO. Overall:• Contributed to a big project called RBA Gateway (Revenue based accrual) to help smooth transition between legacy product to new product for MH. Application was like a bridge between two system run for almost 6 months.• Delivered reports weekly on team activities to inform higher management.• Contributed to Change Control Board on every bespoke change and explained our deliveries to support teams and discussed many of them to make them better.• Involved actively in account management processes (EAT) of SATA, Starlux and Air Cote d'Ivoire and contributed upsell activities.
