  During my time with WBC Services, I performed extensive take-offs/estimates to assure that the proposals included all needed items for each scope. I was present on all pre-construction meetings to negotiate and review all best practices. I worked side-by-side with Project Managers, General Contractors as well as business owners to ensure the project stayed within the projected budget. I managed multiple crews on site utilizing my Portuguese and Spanish translation. -
