I was employed to research and develop micro-controller base water pump embedded system using Microchip 8 bits PIC16F877A. On year 2001 I was promoted to Senior Research and Development Engineer until I resigned from this company.

  On year 2004 I joined Technical System Control Sdn. Bhd. (TSC) as Research & Development (R&D) Engineer. In this company I designed 24VDC 3A battery charger, Tone Generator, Paging Consoles, Mixing Amplifier, Nurse Call System and Hotel Bedside Control System.On middle of year 2005 I was promoted to Assistant Manager and in charge of Production Department.

  In V-Series International Sdn. Bhd. (VSI) I worked as Assistant Manager for Research & Development (R&D) Department, reported directly to General Manager. In this design house company, I had developed micro-controller embedded bird chaser system, housing development project's show room model lighting control system (e.g. Nadayu 63 at Taman Melawati, Selangor, Malaysia), GSM based surveillant system for Mobile Phone Credit Reload Kiosk and Bank Negara Malaysia Museum Contactless Touch Pad System.

  In Hydro Trent (M) Sdn. Bhd. I had designed GSM based data logger, 24VDC 10A battery charger's current limiter module and CAT3 surge protection device.Along the way I had involved in design low voltage 415V 3 phases switchboard operated using variable speed drive for water pumps. During the design stage I produced control circuit diagram using AUTOCAD, coordinated with manufacturer during production and factory acceptance test.During system deployment stages, I had assisted site teams function tested all the switchboards and pumps followed by site pump performance test.   In Pradotec Corporation Sdn. Bhd. I worked as Senior Engineer for this access card reader Research & Development company. During my working period in this company, I worked with software team developed ICAO Standard Malaysia Passport Reader and Mobile Enrolment Unit (MEU) for Tanzania.During the hardware design stage, I drawn schematic diagrams and board layout drawings via Protel Design Center SE performed board layout drawing review with superior and Production Team. Once board layout designed revised and finalised, I then produced Gerber files and sent to Procurement Team for ordered prototype bare boards.While waiting for prototype bare board, I produced Bill of Materials (BOM) using Pronto software then send to Production Planner to review stock availability followed by components requisition process.After assembled the prototypes and tested all functionality, I did perform interfacing test with software team.I coordinated with Production Team for mass production by fed them prototype samples, production procedures, testing methods and software, so as assist them to troubleshoot the products if they were not able to solve production errors.During Kuala Lumpur International Airport E-Gate System deployment using above card reader system, I coordinated with production team, software team and site team for system installation, testing and commissioning Show less

As a Senior Project Engineer, my job function is to manage on hand site projects’ implementation upon received Letter Of Award (LOA) till achieved Certififcate Of Make Good Defects (CMGD).
