      July 2015 – May 2016; September 2019; June 2020- Leading the HR department in the professionalization of AfDB’s delivery and business development model. - Member : Task Force Emergency Management Team and Senior Management Oversight (Operations Crisis Committee) of the Covid-19 and change management - Advise AfDB’s senior leadership on a results-driven and transformed governance structure. - Direct HR managers and business partners in redefining corporate priorities linked to the five priority areas, “High 5”, and decentralization agenda. - Fostered IT development for the automation of HR processes and Shared Services. - Accelerated recruitment time from advertisement to offer by 67%, down to three months, by implementing enhanced automation (Taleo), and by recruiting specialized head hunters for executive-level positions. - Reduced vacancy rate by half, down to 10%, in six months.- Organized a new salary structure with senior management and the board of directors resulting in a 23.5% adjustment. Show less 2009 – 2015; 2016 – 2019-Supervised all key bank departments and their day-to-day activities, which were: Human Resources, Information Technology, Assets Management and Institutional Procurement, Language Services, Medical Services and Medical Plan, and Business Continuity. -Coordinated with the board and senior leadership to implement a modern service platform for AfDB with an improved strategy and enhanced delivery. -Maintained AfDB’s AAA rating as the Task Force Secretary by directing the smooth return of the AfDB headquarters from its Temporary Relocation Agency in Tunis to its statutory headquarters in Abidjan.-Guided four vice presidents to efficiently navigate the AfDB environment. Show less At the request of the Board of Governors, I was appointed as Coordinator of the Technical bi-partite Committee AfDB / Ivorian Government and completed set goals as a team. We drew a Roadmap of the Return of the Bank from its temporary location in Tunis to Headquarters in Abidjan. --> The road map revolved around four critical areas: 1. Management of Bank footprint whose population had doubled to 2200 staff by the time we were ready to return2. The rehabilitation of the HQ building left unoccupied for more than 10 years3. Assessment of real estate capacity to absorb 2000 staff and families4. Assessment of schools and health infrastructure; and assessment of security conditions in Côte d’Ivoire. Ring fenced budget of 37 million Euros was set aside for this project, which took center stage and run in parallel with regular business of the Bank. --> It involved- technical, financial and political skills- A delicate balance working with Board of Directors, the Government of Tunisia (the host country), and the Government of Côte d’Ivoire (the institutional location of HQ).- Change management and effective communication skills dealing with staff and their families, especially those who moved to Abidjan for the first time.
