  Taxi dispatcher, I send taxis to customers and keep records of all road service calls. I am in contact with the drivers, when they are on the road, we communicate via telephone, computer or two-way radio. As a dispatcher, I help drivers with problems and answer their questions. I use excel to process driving records. Using formulas, I keep records of driver activity based on which they are rewarded. After completing the course as a web developer and a product manager course, I work on the basics of a new mobile and web application for ordering transport and food for customers, as well as on the interface for drivers and logistics.
