    I am a director of service delivery at Rackspace Technology, a leading provider of multicloud solutions and managed services. With over 18 years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, and cloud infrastructure, I lead the India operations for managed and professional servicers, supporting global customers on various technologies and platforms. My core competencies include private cloud infrastructure, ITIL, and project management. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple complex and large-scale projects, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. I have also received recognition and awards for my leadership, innovation, and excellence, such as the Best Program Manager, SAP in 2018 and the Next100 Future CIOs Award in 2023.
