  Responsibilities:- Maintenance control in field. If there are problems in field, it must inform to section head and operator to repair as soon as possible. It is a routine job everyday to make sure that production going on schedule.- Make sure all job has been done onmaintenance schedule.- Make sure every abnormal machine was repaired by engineering team to avoidShutdown time that affect to decrease capacity.- Organize Engineering Meeting : Finding abnormal machine and bring it to Engineering meeting for discussing with Engineering Team about time schedule repair and preventive action.- Making CAPEX for Company Project- Handle Project for Increase Production- Analyze of Root Cause Analyze (RCA) for shutdown time, less product, & decrase capacity because abnormal machine.- Control stock of Chemical on Stock Preparation.- Make sure all process going well from DCS system.- Control fiber loss and avoid overflow from DCS system.- Assist Section Head to control feeding composition.- To Report weekly cost for Mill Head on Management Meeting to give condition of production cost. The report including raw material, chemical and energy cost then recommendation to reduce cost.- Recording KPI personal for employee that effected of their salary. KPI depends on performance and cases per group (overflow).Achievements:- 2nd Champion of Section Head Competition in Industrial Brown Paper as an assistant Section Head presentation (presentation representative)- Co. Leader of Christmas Event in Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Serang Mill.- Leader of Easter Event in Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Serang Mill.Experiences gained:-- Skilled in use software Microsoft office, especially excel to support weekly cost updated and presentation.- Experience in using SAP software to support abnormal report for engineering team as standard of procedure repair.- Handle audit ISO 14001, 9001, 50001 as Production user.
